ADA Ltd is led by a practitioner with over 25 years of experience across the educational landscape, supported by a robust suite of Professional Qualifications & Specialist Accreditations.

 In addition to our specialist degree-level foundations, we maintain a rigorous schedule of Continual Professional Development (CPD) . This ensures that our practice remains at the forefront of safety, inclusion, and statutory compliance. Our lead practitioner is fully trained in the latest KCSIE 2025/26 standards and  holds certifications in the following areas: :   

  • Advanced Safeguarding & Leadership: Including Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) level training, Online Safety for DSLs, Prevent Duty, FGM, County Lines, Modern Slavery, and Domestic Abuse awareness.
  • Specialist Medical & Wellbeing Awareness: Including addressing loneliness and depression in young people, Paediatric First Aid, First Aid at Work (Adults), certified in the management and administration of medication, including specific training in Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis, and Allergy awareness.
  • Health, Safety & Environmental Risk Management:  Team Teach (Positive Behavioural Support & De-escalation), certified Fire Warden and Fire Awareness training, comprehensive certification in SEND-specific Health & Safety, Slips, Trips & Falls Prevention, and formal Risk Assessment protocols for complex needs.
  • Data Governance & Digital Security: GDPR for Education, Cyber Security, online Safety (E-Safety) for DSLs and certification in delivering remote and online learning effective for pupils and adults unable to access physical settings.
