Support for ELECTIVE HOME EDUCTION (EHE)

At ADA Ltd, we provide a high-level educational and therapeutic bridge for children who require a different approach to thrive. Led by a Qualified SENDCO and Teacher with over 25 years of experience, our bespoke private packages are designed to unlock potential by integrating academic progress with emotional stability.

Our Specialist Provision Includes:

  • Therapy-Integrated Learning: We don't just teach the subject; we address the "readiness to learn."
  • Neuro-Inclusive Pedagogy: Specialist support tailored to the specific profiles of learners with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, or PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).
  • EBSA Re-engagement: A gentle, home-based "learning bridge" specifically designed for children experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance.
  • Statutory Advocacy: We focus on the "Whole Child," working alongside families to map progress against EHCP outcomes and contributing to Annual Reviews.

The ADA Ltd Professional Process:

  1. Initial Consultation: A deep-dive to understand your child’s educational history and goals.
  2. Specialist Assessment: Identifying academic gaps and emotional barriers to learning.
  3. Holistic Roadmap: A tailored plan with clear wellbeing and academic targets.

Specialist Therapeutic Interventions for Children & Teens

Specialist Therapeutic Interventions for Children & Teens

Specialist Therapeutic Interventions for Children & Teens

At ADA Ltd, we understand that traditional "talk therapy" isn't always the right fit for every child. We provide a suite of evidence-based, neuro-inclusive interventions designed to bypass the pressure of "explaining" and move straight into healing and skill-building. Whether your child is struggling with school-based anxiety, social communication, or the weight of a difficult life change, our certified practitioner provides a safe, expert bridge to progress.

1. The STILL Method®: Rapid Anxiety Management

  • Best for: Children and teens facing school avoidance (EBSA), panic attacks, social anxiety, or exam stress.
  • The Approach: A proactive, step-by-step coaching toolkit. We move from "taming the physical storm" of anxiety to building a "pocket toolkit" of techniques your child can use in the classroom or during exams.
  • Mode of Delivery: Our primary model is face-to-face, small group (2 to 6) or 1 to 1 intervention. However, we offer the flexibility of  secure online sessions to support pupils with medical needs or school-based anxiety.

2. Drawing and Talking: Gentle Emotional Processing

  • Best for: Children struggling to verbalise "big feelings" related to bereavement, family transitions, or trauma.
  • The Approach: A gentle, 12-week "right-brain" processing tool. By drawing alongside a trusted practitioner, the child safely externalises their internal world on paper without the pressure to answer "why" questions.
  • Mode of Delivery: Our primary model is personalised 1-to-1, face-to-face intervention. However, we offer the flexibility of small-group workshops or secure online sessions to support pupils with medical needs or school-based anxiety

3. LEGO® Based Therapy: Social Communication (Brick Club)

  • Best for: Neurodivergent children (Autism/ADHD) or those who find "unstructured" social time and communication difficult.
  • The Approach: Turning a solo hobby into a collaborative team activity. Using specific roles children master the "unwritten rules" of turn-taking, instructions, conflict resolution whilst developing their communication and fine motor skills.
  • Mode of Delivery: Our primary model is face-to-face, small group (2 to 6) intervention. However, we offer the flexibility of personalised 1 to 1 sessions if required.

Professional Standards & Peace of Mind
Every intervention is led by a Qualified SENDCO/Teacher with an Enhanced DBS (Update Service) and specialist insurance.
